Over One Million Tacom Subscribers Celebrated New Year on Russian Billing Solution IN@Voice Bercut.

Bercut has successfully migrated the subscriber base to the new-generation product at night of January 02, 2023, on-site, i.e. at the customer's premises. In addition to the overall functional capacity of the solution, one of the reasons for Tacom to partner with Bercut was the best value for money offer.

Within the BSS replacement project, all installed solutions were updated and additional Bercut products were supplied, including: - convergent billing system IN@Voice for development of digital ecosystems and business monetization; - EXPERA business solution for providing subscribers with high-yield VAS; - Mobile Number Portability (MNP) solution for porting subscribers from one mobile operator to another; - Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF), a functional element in 3GPP networks for managing customer service policies; - Bercut Resource Management System (BRMS) for storing and managing information about SIM cards; - Service catalog. Three parties participated in the project – the operator, Bercut and an integration partner. A completely error-free migration took only 2 hours and 40 minutes. In total, 2,392,661 subscribers, 3,761,978 customers and 95 data plans were moved. The project was completed in record time and became the most successful migration to Bercut IN@Voice. It took just 4 months to deploy, launch and test the new BSS.

Late 2018, the MNO startup operating in a CIS resort zone decided to implement Bercut Business Intelligence (BI) & Analytics Suite – a set of tools for storing, building and evaluating analytical models, and making effective management and business decisions. On recommendation of one of the “big four” Russian operators, a startup company purchased a set of products from Bercut to launch a new communication service provider. Shortly after that, the hardware was deployed in Bercut's server rooms. The project has become Bercut's unique experience in launching a telecom operator remotely. Integration with switching equipment and configuration services were performed via the VPN channel between Bercut and the mobile operator.

October 22, 2015, Tele2 launches 3G and 4G in Moscow and the Moscow region with the support from Bercut

With 2G/3G and 4G federal licenses, the coverage area of Tele2 reaches 65 regions of Russia

Bercut had already dealt with the technologies and proposed a solution based on its internally developed Hybrid Integration Platform. Adapted for the infrastructure of the mobile operator, the platform made it possible to quickly create and launch complicated subscriber services and solutions, including those using 3G and LTE networks. Later on, Bercut expanded the installed systems and made the software engineering redesign, which enabled the operator to launch 3G and 4G in Moscow and the Moscow region.

The feature was added to accomplish the requirements of corporate clients of the operator. The operator was servicing 4 regions of Russia, and its clients needed to direct incoming calls to several subscribers.

In accordance with its development plans, Tele2 requested that Bercut systems be tested for scalability, including Bercut IN@Voice, TAR@SCP charging system, Unified Payment System, CareM and IN platform containing STP, SCP, SDP and UDAG. All the systems successfully passed load tests in Sun Microsystems' lab at Linlithgow plant in Scotland. For IN@Voice testing hi-end servers were used, and the real load was emulated under which 15 to 20 mln subscribers are generally proccessed.
